Innovate UK Business Growth, is partnering with Catapults and RTOs across the UK to award 100% funded grants of up to £15,000 to eligible high-growth SMEs as part of their advisory support.
Details of the Funding
Under this scheme innovation-driven SMEs can receive 100% funded grants of up to £15,000* towards the costs of services and support delivered by RTOs and the Catapult Network including, for example:
Under the scheme Medilink North of England can provide a range of bespoke innovation, regulatory and commercialisation services around innovation strategy, market and competitor analysis and regulatory support and training. Further details are provided below.
- Innovation strategy and portfolio planning
- Technology, market and competitor analysis
- Market size, segmentation, competitor analysis (from IP landscape to products in development and those on the market)
- Competitor benchmarking, product differentiation and positioning
- Unmet need identification and conversion to design inputs
- R&D plans and commercialisation roadmaps
- Regulatory Support
- Regulatory strategy and product classification
- Technical file gap analysis (for MDR EU 2017/745 and IVDR 2017/746)
- Technical file documentation
- Clinical evaluation plans (CEP) and Clinical Evaluation Reports (CER)
*The grant will pay 100% of eligible project costs up to a maximum of £15,000 (exclusive of VAT if the beneficiary business is VAT registered – irrecoverable VAT can be included in project costs). Further details can be found here.
